Grands Moulins de Paris was founded in 1919 to serve bakers in Paris. Every day, 12 million French people cross the door of a bakery. 98% of French people eat bread regularly and more than 6 billion baguettes come out of the oven each year.
The culture of innovation of Grands Moulins de Paris - evidenced by the loyalty of customers and the commitment of employees - has always allowed it to be a pioneer and thus allows it to celebrate its hundred years today.

Created after the First World War to feed the population, Grands Moulins de Paris remains faithful to its origins and places itself as a true partner of all bakers:

• more than 600 bakers accompanied to the installation each year
• more than 450 bakers per year trained in the Paris Bakery and Pastry School that the company founded in 1929.
